Subharti University Distance Education: Swami Vivekanand Subharti University (SVSU) is a University under section 2(f) of the University Grant Commission (U.G.C.) Act, 1956 set up under the Swami Vivekanand Subharti Vishwavidhaylaya, Uttar Pradesh Adhiniyam, 2008 (U.P. The university is situated on a 250-acre campus in Meerut, in the National Capital Region of India. It includes a 1042-bed hospital and an auditorium with 2,500 seating capacity. There are 13 hostels for students and ten residential complexes for faculty members and staff. In 2017 after the horrific Indian defeat by the hands of Pakistan team in ICC cricket Champions Tournament several Pakistan supporters of Kashmiri origin were suspended from the institute showing high levels of disgrace and unprofessionalism by the Indian counterpart. The slogan 'BAAP BAAP HOTA HAI' was considered the root cause of such actions.

Swami Vivekanand Subharti University (SVSU) is conducting Subharti-National Eligibility Test (S-NET-2017) for applicants with minimum eligibility for all Non-medical and Para-medical courses to provide a gateway to students for admission in all its programmes.

Online test namely Subharti-National Eligibility Test (S-NET-2019) shall be conducted as per schedule mentioned in the menu ‘IMPORTANT DATES’.
